Properties:
Appearance:  white or light yellow powder with odorless and tasteless
40 mesh sieve: 99% passes.
Soften temperature: 130-140C
Bulk density: 0.35-0.61g/ml
Decomposing temperature: 205-210C. The burn velocity is slow.
Equilibrium moisture content(at 23C): 6% is at 50%RH and 29% at 84%RH.
It dissolves in both cold and very small when pH value is around 2-12, but it reduces when pH value is modified to basify.

Application: 
1. Reaction auxiliary agent
HEC is used in the polymerization of vine acetate. In order to improve the emulsion stability in broad pH value range. It also makes additives for many other suspended polymerizations.

2. Petroleum well drilling
In many kinds mud needed in petroleum well drilling, as a thickening agent. HEC makes mud have excellent flow ability and stability. In well drilling, it can raise the carrying ability of mud, and inhibit a lot of water to inter oil layer.

3. Building construction and materials
HEC is an effective thickening agent and binder because of its good water conserving, put it into mud in order improve the mud's flow ability, to put off water evaporating time, raise the initial intensity of concrete and avoid crack...

4. Tooth paste
HEC can keep the stability of tooth paste because of its high anti-salt and anti-acid capability. In addition, it makes tooth paste hardly dry.

Preparation of HEC solution
1. Add the necessary clean water to vessel.
2. But HEC to the water while stirring slowly, until all material completely wet
3. Add other compositions after HEC totally dissolves.
4. Surface-treated HEC should be distributed in water, and modified pH value to 8-10 by alkali or NH4OH after all materials completely wet.

Package:
It is packed in fiber drum lining with polyethylene film. Net weight is 15kg. Moisture must be avoided.
